Considering the possible overvoltage caused by high-penetration photovoltaics (PVs) connected to distribution networks (DNs), a cluster partition-based voltage control combined day-ahead scheduling and real-time for is proposed. Firstly, community detection algorithm utilizing coupling quality function introduced divide PVs into clusters. Based on partition, (DAS) proposed with objective of minimizing operating costs PVs, as well on-load tap changer (OLTC). In control, second-order cone programming (SOCP) model-based (RTVC) strategy drawn up in each regulate PV inverters, this can correct modifications. The realizes combination optimization be greatly simplified. Finally, method applied practical 10 kV feeder verify its effectiveness.
